We are very sorry to let you know that our Children's Stay & Play Group 'Family Fun Time' is cancelled today.

Our wonderful volunteers who usually help us are all poorly 🙁

Please contact Nicola on:
[email protected] if you can help 🙏

🚨 Important Notice 🚨
Centre Closure on Tuesday 21st April

Newton Community Centre will be closed for ONE DAY ONLY on Tuesday 21st April due to essential boiler installation works.

We’ve worked hard to keep disruption to a minimum, but the centre needs to close on this day as there will be no running water or heating.

We will re-open as normal from Wednesday 22nd but there will still be workmen on site.
All class leads have been informed - We apologise for the disruption and thank you for your patience and support

We just need to say something...
Our Community is AMAZING! Your donations have helped Scarlett reach her target of £200.00 AND RAISE MORE to £350 in just 3 days! And we still have just under two weeks left of the fundraiser... Can we help keep the momentum going for Scarlett?!
Every extra donation helps us invest more into the community centre and the people who use it every day.
Please keep sharing and supporting... let’s see how far we can go together ✨

Students from Fox Class at Green Lane School, aged 11–14, have been busy creating twelve amazing posters for us — and we can’t wait to show them off!

As part of their topic “Doing Good”, the pupils have been exploring how they can support local charities and make a positive difference in their community. Our team member Nicola teamed up with the class on a brilliant idea: the students would help promote our Children’s After School Club!

The pupils poured their creativity, imagination and enthusiasm into the project, producing twelve fantastic posters. We were so impressed that we’ll be sharing six of them this week, followed by six more next week — giving each one a chance to shine ⭐

A huge thank you to the staff at Green Lane School for supporting this project, and an even bigger well done to Fox Class for their outstanding work! 💛
