Mind Body & Soul GOLD✨ is a gentle, holistic fitness class designed to build strength, improve balance, and restore calm — all at a comfortable, supported pace. Exercises can be performed seated, standing, or using a chair for support, making it accessible for a range of abilities. Move safely. Feel stronger. Leave lighter.
