Are you looking after someone with dementia…
or maybe starting to worry about your own memory?

It can feel a bit overwhelming at times, we understand, but you’re definitely not alone! Our Welcome Support Group is a friendly, informal space where you can chat, share, and meet others who understand.

There’s no pressure, just support, lovely conversation, and helpful advice if you want it. We usually have a member of the Alzheimer’s Society there too, so you can ask questions or get a bit of guidance. Oh and there’s always tea and toast!😊
